The entire area of ​​the metal mask that needs to be cleaned is sandwiched between an ultrasonic diaphragm and an ultrasonic stable protection reflector, and the cleaning liquid is introduced there. This takes about 10 seconds. After this, we use our ultrasonic SIRIUS-SuperMulti 40KHz fundamental frequency to 275KHz wide area simultaneous multi-wave oscillation + SWEEP function to perform detailed and powerful ultrasonic cleaning for 30 seconds. The cleaning solution generates countless globular nebula-shaped cavities (microscopic vacuum nuclei groups) and cleans them. The ultrasonic oscillation status is automatically monitored and an alarm is issued if there is an abnormality. The ultrasonic density is ultra-high with a maximum of 200W/ℓ.
