About This Product

DARWING Working Assist AS was jointly developed with Shimizu Corporation to reduce the burden of manual excavation work. This is a vest-type assist suit that fits tightly to the body and comes with a waist corset and arm support parts. It lifts up the arm during excavation work and stabilizes the lower back, reducing the load during work. overview

■Ensuring arm assist power

By pulling and tightening the shoulder belt, the force of the rubber and the force of pulling your arms up with your entire body (assist force) are added when you raise your upper body. When the worker bends forward to scoop up dirt with a shovel, the fabric on the back and the shoulder and arm belts stretch, and conversely, when scooping up dirt, both fabrics try to contract, exerting an assisting force and helping the worker do the work. Reduce the load. When using a brush cutter, etc., use the shoulder and arm belts on both sides. The shoulder and arm belts support the weight of the equipment, making it easy to use. One arm part is worn when digging. Both arm parts are worn when carrying heavy objects. It can also be used in situations such as shoveling snow.

■Support your lower back with corset function

The waist area has a corset function that stabilizes the lower back, stabilizing the working posture and addressing lower back anxiety. Adopts a double gear structure, allowing you to firmly tighten around your waist with a light force. The entire structure is made of mesh material to improve breathability so that it can be used even in harsh work sites.

■Lightweight and flexible
