■Spartan-3 FPGA XC3S400-4FTG256C 400K micro module
Powerful micromodule includes Spartan-3 FPGA and USB 2.0 transceiver. The FPGA MicroModule integrates a state-of-the-art Spartan-III 400k gate FPGA, USB 2.0 transceiver, configuration flash, and power supply in a small footprint. A large number of configurable I/Os are provided via B2B mini connectors.
Most of the I/O voltages are user definable (16x3.3V/6x2.5 V/98 x user configurable 1.2-3.3V). Micromodules are therefore ideal for small battery-powered applications. Combined with career modules, micromodules serve as a powerful system that is widely used in educational and research activities.
