Trenz Electronic TE0745-02-71I31-A is an industrial SoC that integrates Xilinx Zynq-7030 for configuration and operation, 1GB DDR3L, 64MB QSPI flash memory, and a powerful switch-mode power supply for all onboard voltages It's a module. A large number of configurable I/Os are provided via rugged high-speed stacking strips.
All this comes at the most competitive price in a small footprint of 5.2x7.6cm. These high-density integrated modules are smaller than a credit card and come in several variations. All parts have an industrial temperature range of at least -40°C to +85°C. Module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution.
