The predecessor of this product is TE0820-04-2BE21MA. Trenz Electronic TE0820-05-2BE21MA is an industrial-grade MPSoC module that integrates Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ ZU2EG, 2GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128MByte flash memory for configuration and operation, and a powerful switch mode power supply for all onboard voltages .
A large number of configurable I/Os are provided through robust high-speed stacking connections. All this at the most competitive prices and in a small footprint smaller than a credit card. The 4x5 cm form factor modules are fully mechanically and to a large extent electrically compatible with each other.
All parts are compatible with an extended temperature range of at least 0°C to +85°C. Module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution.
