■Principle

Normally, calcium components are dissolved in water in the form of calcium hydroxide (Ca (OH) 2), and in places where the water temperature changes or where the pH becomes acidic, free carbon dioxide in the water or carbon dioxide gas (CO2) in the air is dissolved. ), it becomes hard calcium carbonate crystals that do not dissolve in water, and forms a hard scale that adheres to the inner walls of pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and piping. When "Nonscaler®" is installed, when water containing calcium components passes through the device, the calcium components in the water come into contact with two types of metal plates with different electrical polarities placed inside the device. At this time, the calcium component is forcibly oxidized and becomes ultrafine particles (nanoparticles) of calcium carbonate, which are dispersed in the water. Nanoparticle calcium carbonate does not change even if the temperature or pH changes, so hard scale will not adhere to the inner walls of pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and piping. In order for Nonscaler® to function efficiently, please be careful not to use chemicals such as antioxidants and scale inhibitors as much as possible.
