■Main features

・Graphic display of temperature difference. The time axis can be switched in units of 1 second, 10 seconds, 1 minute, and 1 hour. Scale shift and scale width change possible within the range of -20℃ to +20℃ (1 to 5℃) ・Supports large changes in temperature using unique maximum temperature difference control technology ・Suitable for molds that dissipate a lot of heat (when the return is colder) ・Ensuring expandability such as frequency upper and lower limit settings ・Temperature difference set value (SV) is linked and saved with mold memory (0 to 99 types)

■SD card built-in

An automatic graph creation tool that stores key data such as temperature difference and frequency for over 10,000 hours during operation is attached to the SD card. ・To use it, you need a PC with Microsoft Excel (2003 or later) installed and a card reader compatible with SD cards. ・We recommend using a mold insulation board to prevent unnecessary mold heat radiation. It is especially effective for reducing start-up time and stable molding for engineering plastics. ・The power saving effect of the entire device depends on the heater output that supplements mold heat radiation, so there is a limit depending on the mold temperature. ・For example, a maximum reduction of -70% can be achieved at settings below 70℃, -22% at 80℃, and -15% at 90℃.
