■What is the suction-type “helical hopper” that removes fine powder?

・Resin material is separated into "powder" and "material" by the spiral airflow and stirring airflow generated in the hopper. ・It is a device that thoroughly removes dust. Features

■Minimum installation space

The installation space has been minimized to collect fine powder on the material transport line.

■Efficiently collects fine powder contained in resin raw materials

Transport air rotates and separates inside the hopper, efficiently collecting fine powder contained in resin raw materials. (Simple stirring of batch materials, granular materials, etc. is also possible)

■Optimal fine powder collection for each resin material

The shape and size of the upper filter can be changed depending on the resin material. Optimal collection of fine particles can be achieved.

■Structure/principle

While rotating the resin material transported in fixed quantities in the hopper, the fine powder contained in the resin material is collected from the air suction port at the top of the hopper to the collector side. At this time, stirring air is sent from the bottom of the hopper, and the resin material is sent into the hopper again by the air, which repeatedly removes the fine powder adhering to the surface of the resin material.
