■Dust collector (cyclone) effect

When transporting crushed materials or reinforced plastic materials (glass fiber filled materials). In transportation cases such as those mentioned above, fine powder in the material inevitably causes filter clogging. When transporting such materials, equipping with a dust collector will minimize filter clogging. It is also very effective in preserving the environment within the factory.

■You can select the optimal material transportation and powder removal from 35 types according to the usage environment.

Hopper characteristics

■G Hopper 50

・Mainly used by attaching directly to the molding machine ・Prevents drying out by transporting according to the shot capacity ・Glass tube type allows you to see material consumption status at a glance - Frequent material changes are easy

■G Hopper 100

・Glass tube type allows you to see material consumption status at a glance ・Suitable when the capacity of G Hopper 50 is insufficient.

■S hopper

・Equipped with a forced damper device using an electromagnetic solenoid. ・Effective when there is a lot of material consumption Hopper characteristics (helical hopper)

■HG50 HG100 HS

・Installation space is kept to a minimum as fine powder is collected on the material transport line. ・Transportation air rotates and separates inside the hopper, efficiently collecting fine powder contained in resin raw materials (simple stirring of batch materials, granular materials, etc. is also possible) -Change the shape and size of the upper filter for each resin material. Achieves optimal fine powder collection
