Dryer and loader integrated unit pursuing space saving and energy saving

■35% size down from previous model

By integrating the dryer and loader, the floor space is reduced by 45%. The size is 35% smaller than the conventional integrated model.

■Semi-closed system reduces power consumption by up to 38%

Power consumption is significantly reduced by collecting most of the hot air from the material dryer and returning it to the heater.

■ Stable molding quality

The helical hopper type removes excess powder such as recycled materials. The temperature setting has been set to MAX 150℃ to accommodate resins that require high temperature drying.

■Improve defects through thorough dust removal Helical hopper specification

・Resin material is separated into "powder" and "material" by the spiral airflow and stirring airflow generated in the hopper. ・It is a device that thoroughly removes dust.

■Structure/principle

While rotating the resin material transported in fixed quantities in the hopper, the fine powder contained in the resin material is collected from the air suction port at the top of the hopper to the collector side. At this time, stirring air is sent from the bottom of the hopper, and the resin material is sent into the hopper again by the air, which repeatedly removes the fine powder adhering to the surface of the resin material.

■Improved productivity through improved maintenance efficiency

Maintenance (cleaning time, etc.) is reduced by 50% compared to conventional machines. No tools are required, making it easy to perform daily cleaning that occurs when changing materials, etc. The drum and lid can all be opened to expose the area, so you can see at a glance the areas that need cleaning. Contributes to shortening cleaning time and setup changes.

■Transparent filter cover

The filter cover is transparent, allowing you to check whether the filter is clogged from the side or back. The metal fittings that secure the filter can also be removed, making cleaning easy. The filter tank has a deep bottom to prevent powder from falling out when the cover is opened.

■Twin Cyclone

Removes powder and reduces the load on the filter. For daily cleaning, simply throw away the powder that has accumulated in each dust box. Easy to remove.
