About This Product

Thorough dehumidification and drying contributes to stable molding quality and shortening drying and setup times.

■Low dew point of -45℃ (moisture removed) air suppresses hydrolysis and stabilizes strength

The discharge section is equipped with a material purge valve as standard, so there is no material left inside the hose during material transportation. (You can adjust the empty feed time)

■Dew point checker

A dew point checker is installed at the front to show the dryness of the air at a glance, making inspection and confirmation easy.

■Removes moisture to prevent air bubbles, silver formation, and foreign matter contamination that can cause poor appearance.

Deteriorated honeycombs can cause contamination, and it takes time to replace them. MDRⅡ uses a membrane dryer (polymer membrane type) in the drying section. It has a long lifespan of over 7 years and is very economical. Easy to replace.

■Minimize dimensional errors and stabilize moisture content

There is a big difference in drying accuracy between MDRⅡ and hot air dryer. Stable moisture content minimizes dimensional errors in molded products. Furthermore, it can dehumidify and dry to a moldable moisture level about 2 hours faster than a hot air dryer. Contributes to increased productivity.
