About This Product

■Dryer/dehumidifier for ultra-small molding machines THD-5α/THD-5Jα

・Target molding machine 1-15ton ・Type Hot air ventilation type (5α) ・Type Dehumidification type (5Jα) ・Maximum temperature 150℃ Product features

■It is a dryer/dehumidifier for ultra-small molding machines.

・Contributes to improved thermal efficiency ・Elimination of drying back ・Efforts to prevent interference in small molding machines ・Improved window for checking remaining amount ・Dehumidifying type also available (J type)

■Bridge (clogged) removal

In order to eliminate the material bridging (clogging) that often occurs in small molding machines, we create a space at the joint to distribute pressure and have a structure that prevents bridging from occurring (patent pending)

■Easy maintenance

The hopper section and control section can be separated, improving maintenance and making material exchange and cleaning easier.

■High dust collection ability and stable performance

The dust collection section uses a filtration type dust collection method. It exhibits higher dust collection ability and stable performance compared to the cyclone method.
