About This Product

Contributing to lower manufacturing costs by improving resin recycling rate Features

■Very little powder generation

Since the blade does not pass through the cut area again, the generation of powder, static electricity, and heat can be minimized.

■Surprisingly few miscuts

Since it is a mechanism that cuts to a predetermined size (the pieces are cut closer to the virgin material) at the time of cutting, there are almost no miscuts. (without screen)

■Quiet operation sound

Since only the minimum amount of cutting is required, the operating noise is extremely quiet.

■Easy cleaning mechanism

It has a mechanism that suppresses the generation of static electricity, so particulates do not stick to any place, and the friendly design has a large door that opens downwards, so cleaning time can be greatly reduced. (about 5-7 minutes)

■Soft materials are also OK

If you use a dedicated machine for soft materials (SPCⅡ-S series), you can cut soft materials that were previously impossible.
