Latest standard model STP-V02 Horizontal and vertical axis inverter motor drive stock system

■Reducing box change time from 15 seconds to 8 seconds

■STP series that can be stocked for a long time

Long-term stocking is possible by combining the input conveyor and discharge conveyor. Robot palletizes all products

■It is also possible to stack molded products in layers.

Even if the robot's back and forth stroke is insufficient, the stocker slides and the palletizing arm moves vertically and horizontally, making it compatible with air-type robots. It is also possible to stack molded products.

■Flexible specification changes possible

Specifications can be flexibly changed to match the containers the customer is already using. There is no need to purchase new containers, reducing initial investment. Internal container management is also easy.

■Supplying insoles to containers

We can also supply insole to containers for products that cannot be stacked directly or for products with specified packaging formats.

■Interlocked with palletizing robot

For products that cannot be boxed directly from a product take-out robot, it is also possible to incorporate and link a dedicated palletizing robot.

■Interlocking with AGV (automated guided vehicle)

It can also be linked with an AGV (automated guided vehicle) that automatically transports boxes stocked with products.

■Supports high-speed box change cycle
