About This Product

Precision injection molded product removal robot (for 2 plates)

■Payload capacity

2kg (including attachment)

■Features

・Horizontal take-out allows it to be used even in low ceilings. - Compatible with high cycles because it is a takeover. - Stable molding is possible without putting any strain on the molding machine. - Space-saving allows installation of secondary processing machines. ・Position control (90°) allows for transfer to secondary processes. ・Can also be used with a camera for product confirmation. ・2-axis servo drive.

■Compatible controller HRS-110

・7.5-inch color LCD display with 65,536 colors for easy viewing and beautiful screen ・Mold memory 40 types can be registered - Equipped with a deadman switch on the top of the main unit to prevent malfunctions.
