About This Product

■Runner extraction robot for small molding machines｜LXⅡ series

Small swing high cycle type. Ideal for removing hoop molding from horizontal molding machines.

■Ideal for removing runners in the following cases.

・Minute molded products such as connectors - Frequent mold replacement ・Mold with transfer device/coring cylinder, etc. ・Hoop molding with horizontal molding machine

■Other features

・High-speed operation is possible by performing mold entry and traverse operations with one motor. ・Compared to conventional air swing type robots, retrieval time is reduced by approximately 60% and productivity is improved. - Stroke adjustment can be done by hand, so no work is required on the molding machine. Ensures worker safety and shortens setup time ・The arm moves to the retracted position with one touch, making it easy to change molds. ・The standby position is offset to the outside of the molding machine, so it can be installed even if there is a device on the mold.
