■Features
- Optimal design reduces extraction time by up to 20% compared to conventional models. Increase productivity.
・Compatible with molding machines and chuck plates that are one class higher than conventional sizes
・With increased payload capacity, it is compatible with chuck plates for inserts and heavy chuck plates for multiple cavities. (150 type: 5kg → 7kg (largest in the same class industry) / 350 type: 10kg → 12kg)
- Compatible with long strokes of up to 1000st for the 150W type (up and down) and 1400st for the 350W type (up and down).
・We have expanded the lineup of models with high payload specifications, and have added a 150t type model that supports a vertical payload of 12kg, suppressing vibration even with heavy chuck plates such as inserts.
・HAL-NET function that allows collective control of HARMO peripheral devices
・Displays robot status such as start, stop, abnormality, etc. with 7-color LED indicator light. Errors in peripheral devices can also be displayed (when connected to HAL-NET) (optional)
・Position servo compatible from 100 types
