■Spring characteristics
The UltraSpring tension coil spring series conducts quality control for accuracy by controlling the load between two points: permissible and reference times.
■About allowable load
Please do not use the product in excess of the allowable load. The stress at that time is set to be 64% of the allowable torsional stress for tension springs specified in JIS B2704. (In the case of extension springs, depending on the hook mounting method, uncalculated stress concentration may occur.Especially when receiving repeated loads, please evaluate by mounting tests etc.)
■About standard load
The standard load is approximately 60% of the allowable load, which is a value determined by our company. Please use this as a guideline for selection.
■Coil outer diameter
The coil diameter is managed based on the outer diameter. Tolerances are based on JIS class 2.
