About This Product

We have prototyped a free-standing post type bus lift for facilities.

Conventional bus lifts for facilities are often of the hanging type, which causes many users to feel uneasy due to the irregular shaking that occurs when getting on and off or moving, and the installation work is not easy. We heard this from many staff members at each facility.

Based on these opinions, we created a prototype that utilizes a tap water pressure cylinder, which has many advantages, just like home bath lifts, and also uses a well-balanced counterweight system to create a free-standing model that is easy to use and has little shaking. This is a post type bath lift.

In the future, we will have nursing care facilities and medical facilities use the demo device, and proceed with practical application while incorporating a wide range of opinions.

Although various companies have commercialized "bath lifts" which are devices to assist with bathing, all of them have "advantages and disadvantages". We have heard many comments such as '.

For example, large-scale renovation work in the bathroom is necessary and expensive; hydraulic power is a concern for contamination due to oil leaks; the hydraulic power source is noisy; electric drive requires concern about electric shock; and batteries require frequent charging. The high-pitched sound of the drive motor is annoying, the movement is so awkward that it's not practical, it's rusted and doesn't work, etc...

Therefore, we focused on the fact that water is always connected to a bathroom, and developed a bath lift that is driven by a cylinder that moves up and down using only the pressure of tap water. This would solve the problems of existing products and help people who are struggling with assistance. I am confident that I can help you.

Developing nursing care equipment for use around water is extremely difficult in terms of safety and ease of use, but building this equipment is the social mission of engineering company J-Create. I see this as one thing and am working on it.
