Since it is a pre-coated type with anti-loosening agent applied to the threaded part in advance, tightening work can be performed as is. Eliminates the hassle, unevenness, and forgetfulness of application work, and strongly prevents loosening due to shock and vibration. Anti-loosening agents are broadly divided into two types: "resistance" and "adhesion", and multiple types of each are available, so you can use them depending on the application. It is also possible to specify the application range, color, and viscosity of the loosening agent. Specialist engineers can provide support for selecting the optimal specifications and setting various torques using testing machines. We also accept prototypes, small lots, and short delivery times.

■Resistance type

Provides anti-loosening effect due to resistance with the threaded part The resistance type has excellent elasticity, mainly by mixing resin etc. with the locking liquid, and exerts a locking effect due to the resistance with the threaded part. Suitable for use on plastic products where strong adhesion would have the opposite effect, adjustment screws, and to prevent them from falling off.
