■Flagship model that achieves the industry's highest level of water quality

Electronic industry, chemicals/materials/machinery, food/drinks, pharmaceuticals/cosmetics/medical equipment, schools/research institutes/quality control, energy, water and sewage facilities Trace element analysis (ICP-MS/MS, ICP luminescence, atomic absorption, ion chromatography), organic compound analysis (LC-MS/MS, HPLC), water for bio research (electrophoresis, molecular biology experiments), reagent preparation, cleaning water etc. Features

■The highest level of water quality in the industry

T・OC≦1ppb, metal ≤0.01ppt, silica≦50ppt, boron≦1ppt, fine particles (50nm) ≤1 piece/mL ・Uses semiconductor grade ion exchange resin to thoroughly remove elution of ions and fine particles. - Implemented the processing flow of an ultrapure water plant to provide a stable supply of high-purity water. *Evaluation results by our analysis department. Optional cartridges are used for metal, boron, and fine particles.

■Thorough contamination measures

・Materials with low elution are used for parts that come into contact with ultrapure water. Consideration is given to the contamination of ultra-trace substances. ・The water sampling pedestal is designed to be installed and used in a draft. - Introduce fresh ultrapure water to the analyzer by using the ICP-MS dedicated rinse port (optional). - An accelerator-type foot controller (optional) that allows you to adjust the flow rate depending on how hard you step on it reduces the risk of contamination due to manual operation.
