About This Product

FF20 CT is a micro CT system for research and development, defect analysis or CT metrology. Designed for inspection of very small parts and objects in the electronics industry, materials science and other research fields.

■Features of FF20 CT

・Accurate material analysis in laboratory applications 2D detailed visibility down to 150nm with 190kV transmission tube ・Precise operation and temperature stability due to granite base ・Intuitive Geminy graphical user interface with touch screen ・A measurement version with MPESD = 3.9µm + L/75[L in mm] is also available as an option.

■Non-destructive inspection using high energy

As parts become smaller, highly accurate and reliable X-ray and CT scans become increasingly important for quality assurance, process control, and inspection of small parts. Comet Yxlon's FF20 CT and FF20 CT Metrology are highly compact, high-resolution systems specifically designed for inspection of the finest parts and internal structures. With a relatively high energy of 190kV, even high-density objects can be analyzed in detail.

■Water-cooled 190kV power transmission pipe

The 190kV nanofocus transmission tube provides detailed visibility down to 150nm in radioscopy (2D). Water-cooled target and coil provide quick temperature balance and high focus position stability, and 4 modes allow optimal adjustment of focus position according to power. Furthermore, the manipulator of the CT system FF20, which is based on granite, guarantees temperature stability and minimal thermal expansion, resulting in the highest precision and accuracy.

■Flexible with various orbits

Geminy's intuitive user interface, with its graphic symbols and rich automation features, allows easy operation regardless of operator skill. It also has many functions that flexibly respond to workpiece size and inspection tasks, such as CT trajectory such as helical expansion (helical CT scan/reconstruction method), horizontal field of view expansion, virtual rotation axis, quick/quality scan, etc.
