About This Product

Do you need a convenient viscometer to ensure maximum reliability and traceability of your viscosity measurement results in your daily work? ViscoQC rotational viscometers ensure the quality of a wide range of substances, from liquids to semi-solids. 

Eliminate the risk of measurement errors and free up time and budget with the simplest spindle change mechanism, automatic spindle detection and automatic speed search for new formulations. Easily switch out existing SOPs (standard operating procedures) as long as they use the same setup and configuration.

■The easiest-to-use rotational viscometer – unpack and measureSetup takes less than 2 minutes. ViscoQC comes pre-assembled and includes an SOP booklet with initial instructions and brief user training. Our rotational viscometers have an intuitive user interface that guides you from start-up to the entire measurement process. Even if you use your existing rotational viscometer SOP methodology, ViscoQC uses the same instrument setup and measurement settings to produce the same measurement results.

A spindle with magnetic coupling is included as standard for easy, quick and safe spindle replacement. 

■Full traceability for reliable viscosity testingOur unique Toolmaster™ feature makes your viscosity measurements error-free and 100% traceable. The spindle is automatically detected by the viscometer as soon as it is installed. ViscoQC 300 allows each measurement method to be restricted to its own spindle ID.

What's more, all connected accessories are also detected and documented: the built-in digital leveling function automatically monitors and displays correct leveling status to prevent false measurements and provides an excellent ±1% full-scale range. Achieve accuracy. When a new formulation needs to be measured, ViscoQC uses TruMode™ to automatically guide you to the correct spindle/speed settings.
