About This Product

■ Easily, quickly, and accurately evaluate the characteristics of powder materials from micropores at low cost.

BELSORP MAX G is a compact and low-cost adsorption amount measurement device in the BELSORP MAX series. This is a specialized machine that can measure gas adsorption isotherms from extremely low pressures when evaluating porous and nonporous materials with micro, meso, and macro pores. This machine is equipped with one measurement port, one dedicated port for saturated vapor pressure measurement, and one reference port. Each port is equipped with a dedicated pressure sensor, allowing highly accurate measurements. Using sample tubes designed specifically for BELSORP MAX G, you can measure a variety of materials such as pellets, compacts, substrates, and fine powder. Two models are available, BELSORP MAX G LP (extremely low pressure) and BELSORP MAX G MP (low pressure), equipped with pressure sensors of different ranges, to suit customer needs.

■ Rapid and highly accurate evaluation of porous materials

・Evaluation of pore structure from micropores to mesopores and macropores by measuring gas adsorption such as N2, Ar, CO2, etc. ・Low specific surface area evaluation by Kr gas adsorption measurement ・Evaluation of BET specific surface area and pore content using extremely low pressure adsorption isotherms with high reproducibility (AFSMTM) ・Evaluation of adsorption isotherm with high reproducibility (AFSMTM2) that does not require He gas ・Evaluation of NET adsorption amount ・Advanced pore distribution analysis using GCMC & NLDFT using BELSim ・Accurately measure each adsorption point in a short time using the gas introduction optimization (GDO) function ・Process monitoring (IOT) with email notification function BELSORP MAX G LP and BELSORP MAX G MP are both equipped with a turbo molecular pump (TMP) and have a lineup of models that are capable of isotherm measurement from lower relative pressures. BELSORP MAX G is capable of measuring adsorption isotherms with high precision over a wide range from extremely low pressure regions p/p0 = 10-⁸ (e.g. nitrogen, Ar gas, etc.) to atmospheric pressure.
