About This Product

CAMSIZER XL is an instrument for measuring the size and shape of large particles from 160 to 135,000 µm.

■Summary

・More than 40 types of measurable particle morphology parameters, 3D image analysis ・Measures dry particles in a non-contact manner, measurement range is 160 to 135,000 μm ・Measurement conditions can be set according to the sample ・Image taken 100 times per second with high-speed, high-resolution camera ・Design that houses the optical system inside the housing reduces maintenance time

■Features

・3D image analysis by measuring over 40 parameters (including 15 sizes, 13 shapes/forms, 3 types of surface roughness, density, and transparency). Highly reliable data, which is essential for quality and process control, can be output in a short time. ・It has a wide measurement range and can handle a wide variety of samples. ・Image taken with a high-speed, high-resolution camera. Obtain accurate analysis results using multiple clear images. - Sturdy design that can withstand harsh environments is compatible with any measurement environment. -Equipped with an automatic cleaning function, which reduces manual work and improves measurement efficiency.
