About This Product

STABINO ZETA is the ideal device for evaluating the stability of slurries and colloids. It enables rapid titration measurements that are difficult to perform with conventional zeta electrometers. Zeta potential, which is a representative value of particle surface charge and interfacial potential, and streaming potential are widely used as indicators to evaluate the stability of nanoparticles and emulsion suspensions (slurries). STABINO ZETA allows you to quickly perform measurements with high resolution and high reproducibility. Streaming potential, zeta potential, conductivity, PH value, temperature, these five parameters are measured simultaneously and continuously in a few seconds. Furthermore, by combining NANOTRAC FLEX, it is also possible to measure particle size distribution as a sixth parameter.

■Optimal titration (titration)

STABINO ZETA is equipped with a titration function as standard, which measures all five parameters simultaneously through a continuous operation of dropping, stirring, and measuring. For example, the measurement of the isoelectric point, where the streaming potential/zeta potential becomes zero, can be performed within a very short time, within a few minutes from the start of the measurement. excellent performance

■Measure five physical properties simultaneously

In order to properly evaluate the quality of slurry, it is desirable to measure multiple physical properties simultaneously. STABINO ZETA measures conductivity, streaming potential, zeta potential, pH value and temperature at each titration point in a few seconds.

■Measurement while mixing

Rapid, continuous mixing of the slurry and titration solution allows charge measurements to be performed in minutes without particle precipitation.

■Real-time measurement during titration

Changes in physical properties due to titration can be tracked in real time for each titration point for five measurement parameters.

■Optimization of titration

Titration conditions can be set using standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the software, depending on the slurry properties being measured, such as acid-base or solution droplet acceleration.
