About This Product

■Microtrack MT3000Ⅱ series

・Lineup of 4 models with the same module (upgrade possible) ・3 lasers and unique detection mechanism ・Smooth switching between wet and dry measurements due to external cell method ・Since the measurement optical section and circulation section are separate, the sample supply device can be selected flexibly according to the characteristics of the sample.

■High resolution measurement using 3 lasers

Microtrack is equipped with three semiconductor lasers, achieving wide range and high resolution. In order to accurately detect particle size information from particle light scattering information, it is necessary to detect light scattering information from 0 to 360 degrees. By adopting a unique tri-laser system, Microtrack has a mechanism that allows continuous detection of all scattered light.

■High resolution measurement

With its unique detection method and accurate data processing, Microtrack is capable of obtaining high-resolution data not only when measuring a single sample, but also when mixing several types of samples.

■Equipment selection according to characteristics and excellent maintainability

The samples to be measured differ in particle size, distribution, specific gravity, adhesion, cohesiveness, etc. The basic configuration of the Microtrack consists of an optical bench, a sample supply section, and a control computer. By selecting a sample supply device that matches the characteristics of the sample, measurements can be performed under optimal conditions. In addition, the optical bench and sample supply section can be separated, making it easy to maintain.
