■Product overview

The EPLEXOR®2000N/4000N/6000N system is an extremely high-load dynamic rheological (DMA) system. It has generous load performance and can easily apply large displacements, and also has low load and low strain control functions comparable to other EPLEXOR25N series. The dynamic properties of CFRP and CFRTP, which have an elastic modulus several times that of steel, are mostly evaluated by bending tests depending on the equipment capacity, but EPLEXOR allows measurement in tensile mode, which is optimal as material data for simulation. . In addition, with the addition of options, it is compatible with flexometer tests, and together with high-load viscoelastic data, it clearly captures the internal heat generation of rubber.
