About This Product

The MPS 320 efficiently decomposes a variety of samples, including organic substances such as resins and foods, as well as inorganic substances such as metals and metal oxides. Not only has the sample decomposition efficiency been improved, but high efficiency has also been achieved in terms of reduced contamination, operability, safety, and running costs. ■Excellent disassembly program control

We have adopted unique measurement technologies "Direct Temperature Control (DTC)" and "Direct Pressure Control (DPC)" that can actually measure the temperature and pressure inside the decomposition vessel without contact. The microwave output during disassembly is irradiated from two magnetrons, so the microwave output has plenty of margin relative to the design value. Therefore, it has excellent control accuracy and suppresses variations between decomposition vessels. There is also no need to worry about contamination from the probe.

■You can select the number of containers according to your usage.

For difficult-to-decompose samples, the TFM high-pressure decomposition vessel boasts the highest decomposition capacity and can decompose 8 bottles at the same time. By selecting a TFM medium-pressure decomposition vessel that can simultaneously decompose 16 or 32 samples, it is also possible to efficiently decompose multiple samples.

■Easy operation without tools

The design does not require any special tools to open and close the container, making it easy for anyone to operate. In addition, for the first time in microwave, we offer a warranty period for containers (MR-100/50 2 year warranty, MR-85 1 year warranty).

■Japanese software Compliant with 21 CFR Part11 (optional)

The MPS 320 features 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software, printable audit results, and easy data export capabilities. Additionally, IQ/OQ support packages are available for reliable compliance.
