Equipped with an RF generator that uses an innovative plasma induction plate, this is a new generation ICP emission spectrometer that significantly reduces running costs and achieves outstanding detection limits. PerkinElmer's ICP-OES will meet the needs of all customers, from high-end models that inherited the highly popular UDA technology from the previous series that enabled simultaneous measurement of all wavelengths to scanning CCD-based hybrid ICPs.

Features
■Flat plate plasma technology
PerkinElmer's unique technology uses half the argon gas of other systems and produces a powerful matrix-resistant plasma. Two flat plates generate plasma with good symmetry. This allows the amount of argon used to be reduced by approximately 50%. No cooling required like traditional helical load coils. For most applications, plasma gas flow can be measured at a setting of 8 L/min.
■Plasma dual view
The Avio 5x0 Max's dual-view technology allows you to measure the entire wavelength range in both axial and radial metering without loss of light intensity or sensitivity. Dual View, which does not sacrifice quality, uses robust radial photometry with automatic photometry height adjustment to suppress ionization interference, and axial photometry for elements that require high sensitivity measurement.
