About This Product

Equipped with a "re-collect" function that recollects and reanalyzes analysis gas. It can be applied to many fields such as outgas analysis in various industrial materials such as electronic parts, sick house syndrome, air pollutants, VOCs in soil, and residual solvent analysis in pharmaceuticals.

■Features

・With two-stage thermal desorption and a low-capacity cooling trap, volatile components are efficiently collected (concentrated) in a sampling tube (patented) without complicated pretreatment, and then subjected to GC analysis after thermal desorption. ・Carrier gas electronic control (PPC) uses MFC (mass flow controller) to accurately electronically control carrier gas, desorption flow rate, split flow rate, etc. Improved operability and high-precision analysis are possible. ・By equipping the thermal desorption method with excellent air quality analysis (VOC) with a “re-collect” function, it is possible to repeatedly analyze the re-collected VOC (650ATD). ・Japanese touch screen for easy operation and quick analysis. ・Electronic cooling method does not require liquid nitrogen and can be cooled down to -30℃. ■Hazardous volatile substances in the atmosphere (HAPs)

It supports measurement of ppb and ppt levels of volatile hazardous substances based on the Air Pollution Control Act.

■Indoor air pollutants

Measures pollutants in the air inside a home, which are required for a comfortable living space.

■Soil pollution surface gas

Suitable for precise measurements from pollution surveys to remediation evaluations under the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act.

■Working environment atmospheric organic solvents

Effective for simultaneous multi-component analysis of organic solvents containing low boiling point polar components.

■Exhaust gas

It can be used as a rational method for measuring organic substances in exhaust gas based on the Chemical Release Transfer Registration System (PRTR) related laws.
