About This Product

Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, a dedicated flame analysis spectrometer with a conformal coating for ultimate durability and a flexible, innovative touchscreen interface. The PinAAcle 500 was designed with cutting-edge engineering technology that overturns conventional wisdom in flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The combination of a unique fiber optic system and semiconductor detector dramatically improves optical throughput, making even more sensitive analysis possible. In addition, in order to improve operability and maintainability, the unique design concept based on ergonomics enables even analysts using an atomic absorption spectrometer for the first time to perform accurate analysis right away. Features

■Ultimate sensitivity and accuracy

Highly sensitive analysis is possible by combining an optical fiber optical system and a semiconductor detector.

■Optical fiber optical system

Almost no optical loss, allowing high sensitivity measurements. Designed to prevent optical elements from shifting due to vibrations such as earthquakes. Real-time double beam eliminates baseline drift due to changes in lamp intensity.

■Semiconductor detector

It has higher quantum efficiency than conventional photomultiplier tubes and enables highly sensitive measurements. Electrical noise from the detector is low and S/N is achieved.

■Ultimate durability

・Longer lifespan of electronic substrates through conformal coating ・Corrosion-resistant coating on touch screen, optical elements, and stainless steel frame shield ・Uses long-life pure titanium air-cooled burner

■Ultimate operability

With the quick change burner and Syngistix Software, it is designed to be easy to use both in terms of hardware and software.

■Quick change burner

The world's first tubeless gas connection (acetylene, air, nitrous oxide) eliminates the possibility of gas leaks due to tube deterioration. The burner, chamber, and nebulizer are cassette-type and can be installed/removed with one touch.

■Syngistix Software

Anyone can easily operate the large full-color touch screen. The mounting position of the touch screen can be changed flexibly. Syngistix Touch Software can be easily operated by anyone using a touch screen. Syngistix for AA Software enables operation on Windows OS.
