About This Product

・Clean the inside of the machine using center-through coolant. - Automatically changes the nozzle angle and direction.

■Available machines

Center-through machining center *Can also be used on machines without C-axis control or orientation functions (vertical only)

■How to use

・Attach to the main shaft in the same way as general tooling. -The nozzle at the tip can move 110 degrees left and right, so change the angle of the nozzle and when cleaning, direct the main axis in the direction you want and discharge coolant.

■Changing the angle of the main axis

Approximate angles can be determined even on machines without C-axis control or orientation functions. However, this is limited to vertical machining centers.

■Changing the nozzle angle

Install a fixed bar inside the machine. Place the nozzle of the cleaning quill body against the fixed bar and change the nozzle angle by applying physical force.
