■What is MTA alloy?
Utilizing the know-how cultivated over many years, MTA Alloy has developed a completely new melting method. We succeeded in alloying iron and copper for the first time in the world by finely dispersing iron and copper particles and alloying both metals at the crystal level.
Similar prototypes have been made in the past, but the greatest feature of this alloy is that the crystals are neatly dispersed, and it can be mass-produced in an atmospheric furnace. By adjusting the ratio of iron and copper, it is possible to have the performance of various copper alloys, so it was named "Multi Tool Alloy".

As a result of electromagnetic shielding measurements of a polyimide film formed by sputtering to a thickness of 1μ, high shielding properties were observed even at 1μ.
