■VGraph
VGraph records up to 16 measured parameters simultaneously. Examples: strip thickness, width and speed, reduction, strip tension, etc. Their values are stored and can be statistically evaluated for coil reports, etc. Equipped with statistical functions such as histograms, Cp and CpK values, and error lists, VGraph assists in the evaluation of produced coils. The scanning speed for recording measurement values can be set up to 1ms. Optional FFT analysis allows evaluation of regularly recurring events such as preventive maintenance.
■VRecoS
VRecoS is a logging system that records up to three measured parameters, such as strip speed, rolling force and strip thickness at the entrance and exit of the rolling mill. The scanning speed for recording measured values can be set up to 3ms.
■Flexible data collection
VGraphe/VRecoS Both products can mask the leading and trailing ends of the strip over any length. Measured values are sent to a Windows PC supplied via the network. An office version that allows you to access data from other PCs is also available as an option.
