About This Product

■Summary

The general purpose hydraulic vibrators NHG L series are particularly suitable for emptying containers and bulk material hoppers with stuck bulk materials, preventing bridges and tubes, and compacting various materials. A special feature is its use in unloading transport vehicles. Trucks, silobuses, ships. The vibrator is driven via a hydraulic system belonging to the transport vehicle and is therefore independent of an external energy supply. Rotational vibrations are caused by imbalance. The higher the rotation speed, the greater the centrifugal force. The rotational speed and therefore the centrifugal force can be adjusted continuously via the volumetric flow rate. Imbalances have been corrected for NHG 500 L, NHG 900 L, and NHG 3000L. The unbalance of the NHG 600 RL can be adjusted externally in stages. NHG L is also available without an overflow oil line connection.
