■Summary
The general-purpose DC electric vibrator NED series is used when it is necessary to drive conveyors, chutes and screens. In addition, these devices can loosen the adhesion of material jams in the silo. NED features maintenance-free operation even in harsh environmental conditions and a mobile application that can be used on trucks and other vehicles.
DC NED units can operate at 3,000min-1 or 3,600min-1 with 12 or 24V power supply. The imbalance at each end of the shaft produces unidirectional sinus-shaped rotation at the respective rotational speed frequencies. Well dimensioned rolling bearings ensure high operational safety.
