The high-speed air knocker NHK series is particularly suitable for loosening tightly-adhered materials due to its linear motion. They are particularly efficient for cleaning heat exchanger pipes and emptying molded boxes. It also generates linear vibrations with up to 50 shocks/second depending on settings.
While impact cylinders induce a relatively large amount of energy per stroke, the NHK series achieves the same cleaning results with gentler strokes that significantly reduce the amount of energy per stroke, protecting the energized components. Extends service life. The high efficiency of the NHK series is achieved through a high stroke rate. Stroke frequency can be continuously adjusted during operation using a pressure regulator.
