■Summary
The air knocker PKL series is particularly suitable for removing stubborn residues from walls, pipes and containers. Common applications include tube formation elimination, bridging, and residue evacuation.
The impulse is generated by a piston, which is accelerated with the help of a pneumatically preloaded spring. The rapid evacuation of the piston chamber causes the piston to suddenly impact the impact surface. In PKL190-PKL740, the impact is made directly on the mounting surface, while types PKL1000-PKL10000 transfer the impact energy through an impact plate integrated into the knocker. The air knocker PKL series can be operated with oil-free compressed air.
