About This Product

■Summary

The piston vibrators NTP series are particularly suitable for knocking off material stuck to the container walls of funnels, containers, silos and hoppers. The special feature of NTP vibrators is the rubber hammer-like impact or high peak acceleration vibration. Linear vibrations are produced by a freely oscillating differential pressure piston. In a standard application, the piston strikes an elastomeric impact plate, acting like a rubber hammer. When used without an impact plate, the piston acts against an air cushion, reducing noise. A hard-knocking version is available. The frequency can be adjusted continuously using air pressure. The amplitude can also be adjusted by throttling the exhaust. Can operate without lubricating oil. NTP series ATEX compliant piston vibrators and units with stainless steel housings are available.
