■Summary
The piston vibrators NTS series are particularly suitable for conveying, discharging and compacting bulk materials due to their completely linear vibration. They are used for emptying bins and as drives for conveyors and dosing troughs. A feature of NTS is that multiple NTS can be operated synchronously when a coupling kit is used.
The vibrations (sinusoidal vibrations) are generated by a freely vibrating self-reversing piston. This vibration supports, facilitates, or enables a variety of applications. The NTS starts and stops without delay in the installed position.
Amplitude is adjusted using an optional throttle valve. An increase in supply pressure causes higher frequencies and centrifugal forces. NTS series ATEX compliant piston vibrators and units with stainless steel and plastic housings are available.
