■Summary
Roller vibrators NCR series are particularly suitable for eliminating or reducing friction. It can be used to empty bunkers and prevent fouling on pipes and plates. The special features of NCR vibrators are very high frequency, high centrifugal force and insensitive resonant operation. Rotational vibrations are caused by the high centrifugal force of circulating steel rollers rotating at very high frequencies on steel rings. Frequency and centrifugal force can be continuously adjusted by air pressure.
