About This Product

■Features

・The long-awaited stainless steel specification is now available for medium-pressure semi-automatic switching, which can supply pressures of 0.5 MPa or more (maximum 0.7 MPa) but is not covered by "high-pressure gas production equipment". ・The second-stage side pressure reducing valve uses a newly designed product with low pressure loss specifications. Achieved flow rate of 150~250L/min (usable flow rate varies depending on P3 set pressure). ・Two types available: manifold type (M) and panel (P) ・Purity maintenance performance is improved by covering the diaphragm of the switching side pressure reducing valve with Teflon.
