About This Product

■Features・Even though it is possible to supply at a pressure of 0.5 MPa or higher (maximum 0.7 MPa), if the intermediate pressure (P2) is kept below 1.0 MPa, it will not be subject to "high pressure gas production equipment".
- Adopts a stainless steel diaphragm, making it ideal for standard gases, high-purity gases, laser gases, etc.
- Automatically switches the left and right gas supply lines, allowing continuous gas supply for long periods of time.
・Two-stage pressure reduction structure enables stable supply of outlet pressure.
・Since electricity is not used as a power source during automatic switching, it can also be used with flammable gases.
