About This Product

For machining width 80~110mm and depth 2~3mm (shallow machining) and 4~5mm (deep machining). *Main use is for removing scratches from slabs, etc.

■Scarfing (melting)

In order to maintain the high quality of steel materials, scratches and impurities that occur on the surface of steel slabs are removed by heating the required areas with a preheated flame of oxygen, acetylene (propane), etc., and then spraying oxygen to remove scratches and impurities that are formed by the heat of an oxidation reaction. A method of blowing away iron oxide and removing scratches and impurities on the surface.

■Features

・Two types are available (C65/1000E) that are ideal for melt cutting. ・C-65 can be used with acetylene or LPG by changing the crater.
