About This Product

■Summary

・Digital display of torque from strain gauge sensor. The display changes to white/red/blue depending on the pass/fail judgment result. ・Compact display

■Applications

Display device for strain gauge sensor.

■Features

・A low-cost, compact digital display for strain gauge sensors. - Tohnichi fixed torque sensor TCF, rotary torque sensor TCR, torque wrench with sensor, etc. can be connected. - Can perform pass/fail judgment and output relay contact. There is also an analog output. ・Sensor calibration is performed using equivalent input or actual load. ・Up to 1,000 measurement data can be stored in memory. - Equipped with RS232C output as standard, making it easy to connect to a computer or printer. - Compatible with a wide range of power supplies from AC100 to 240V. An optional battery pack is also available. ・DtRcv (Data Receiver), a wired data input tool that enables data management in Excel (R), can be downloaded for free. *"ExRcv (Excel Receiver)" was updated to "DtRcv (Data Receiver)" in March 2021. *Excel (R) is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

■Caution

- If you purchase the torque sensor and CD5 at the same time, a calibration certificate will be attached. - If you purchase CSPLD and CD5 at the same time, please specify the set torque of CSPLD and we will attach a calibration certificate. ・The calibration certificate when purchasing CSPLD and CD5 at the same time is the operating torque of CSPLD, not the torque of the display unit. It is necessary to adjust the digital display to the CSPLD operating torque. ・Since 2018/1, CD5 version has been updated to 1.4, and it is possible to connect with CSPLD to light up the pass/fail judgment LED. - If the CD5 version is 1.3 or lower, an AC adapter (sold separately) is required to connect the CSPLD and light the pass/fail judgment LED.
