■Summary

■Applications

- Tightening axial force stabilizer for screws and bolts. - Anti-galling agent for screws and bolts.

■Features

・Fcon is easy to use. Just paint. ・Fcon uses an axial force stabilizing substance to control the form of friction at the interface between the threaded surface of the fastener and the seat surface, suppressing fluctuations in the torque coefficient. ・Stabilizes the axial force. ・The coefficient of variation of torque coefficient is up to 1/5 that of machine oil. ・When re-tightening, there is little variation in torque coefficient K (increase ≒ galling). ・There is little variation in torque coefficient K due to temperature changes. ・Looseness properties are equal to or better than machine oil. ・Even if the tightening speed fluctuates, the torque coefficient K fluctuates very little.

■Caution

When using Fcon, please check the torque coefficient with an axial force meter such as B-BTM or TT2000.
