■Applications

For automatic tightening machines and multi-axis tightening machines.

■Features

・The adoption of an automatic transmission mechanism allows for high-speed temporary tightening and low-speed tightening, allowing for stable and highly accurate tightening. ・Since the torque control has a mechanical structure, the tightening torque is not affected by fluctuations in air pressure. ・Torque can be easily changed using the scale. - When the set torque is reached, the residual torque release mechanism slightly reverses the body, making it easy to attach and detach the socket. ・When the set torque is reached, the toggle activates and instantaneously automatically stops, and at the same time a microswitch activates to notify completion of tightening. ・The tightening completion signal allows you to prevent forgetting to tighten. - By attaching a torque sensor (sold separately), pass/fail judgment can be made, and double checks can be performed mechanically and electrically. ・In March 2017, the MC series changed to the MC2 series, which has significantly improved durability.
