■Features
- The semi-automatic electric air torque DAC3 series can use an anti-vibration socket for impact wrenches. Work efficiency is improved as vibration during rotation is reduced.
・With one unit, temporary tightening up to seating is performed electrically, and final tightening is performed accurately using a torque wrench.
- Tightening work using a conventional impact wrench + torque wrench can be done in one step, greatly improving work efficiency and simplifying management.
・The DAC3 series has two types of adapter cords: DACL with side-extruding adapter cords and DACS with upper-exit adapter cords, which you can choose according to your work.
・Reduce CO2 emissions. Compared to the AC3 series of air tools, CO2 emissions are reduced to approximately 1/25. *When tightening a screw with 10 threads.
- Temporary tightening torque value can be adjusted using the adjustment volume on the DAC3 main unit.
- After the temporary tightening is completed, it can be set so that the electric motor will not rotate (the next tightening cannot be performed) unless the final tightening is performed with a torque wrench, making it ideal for preventing forgetting to tighten.
・The accessory "positioning handle" makes it easy to align the workpiece.
-You can see the operating status of DAC3 by lighting the LED.
- Calibration can be performed with the torque wrench tester you are currently using, so there is no need for new testers or measuring instruments with the introduction of DAC3.
・The DAC3 series will be compatible with ISO6789:2017 from January 2022, excluding some products.
