About This Product

■Summary

-Incorporate an air motor into the torque wrench to complete all stages from temporary tightening to final tightening with one tool. On May 21, 2024, the A10N3, ALS10N3, A25N3, and ALS25N3 were remodeled into the smaller and lighter A10N4, ALS10N4, A25N4, and ALS25N4. ・Powered torque wrench/for tightening work

For assembly and mass production.

■Features

- The semi-automatic Air Torque A3 series can use a vibration-proof socket for impact wrenches. Work efficiency is improved as vibration during rotation is reduced. - Work efficiency is greatly improved as the conventional impact wrench + torque wrench tightening work can be done in one step. - Temporary tightening is done with an air motor, and final tightening is done with a torque wrench, allowing for accurate tightening. - Final tightening is done with a torque wrench, so there is no variation in tightening torque due to air pressure fluctuations. - Tightening torque can be easily changed using the scale in N/m units. - Calibration can be done with a torque wrench tester. ・LS has a limit switch. Can be used in combination with CNA-4mk3 (sold separately) to prevent forgetting to tighten. ・The A3/ALS3 series will be compatible with ISO6789:2017 with some exceptions from January 2022. ・On May 21, 2024, A10N3, ALS10N3, A25N3, and ALS25N3 were remodeled into the smaller and lighter A10N4, ALS10N4, A25N4, and ALS25N4.

■Caution

・The limit switch rating is AC/DC30V, 1A or less. ・The standard length of the LS curl cord is approximately 2m (when extended). ・A3/ALS3 series will be compatible with ISO6789:2017 from January 2022. The calibration certificate will be changed from the conventional product. American unit products do not comply with ISO6789:2017.
